Kimchi Udon Stir Fry
Kimchi, soy bean paste and butter mixed together for kimchi butter
Brown chicken thighs in kimchi butter.
Slice chicken and place back in the pan
Add udon noodles and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes (it's ok if noodles are charred)
Add remaining ingredients. Cook until liquid is absorbed.
Serve with green onions (add an egg for more richness!).
