Sous Vide Breakfast Recipes
When you want to make that perfect eggs benedict, but can't seem to get the poached egg right, making poached eggs sous vide is the way to go!
On the same note, making hollandaise sous vide is the only way I will do it now. It is so easy and absolutely perfect served with the sous vied poached eggs above and some thin slices of this cured salmon (so good guys!!).
And what breakfast is complete without bacon? While cooking bacon sous vide isn't absolutely necessary, it gives it a melt-in-your-mouth texture that is just to die for!
If you've ever been to Starbucks and eaten the sous vide egg bites, you know they are delicious. But what if I told you they are ultra easy to make right at home? And even better than the Starbucks version!
Soft boiled eggs can also be a great addition to any breakfast. I like mine on a piece of toast, or honestly, sometimes just by itself with a little green salsa.
They're also amazing served on this avocado toast.
And lets not forget our favorite scrambled eggs. These are not like those grey, rubbery eggs that you get at some places. These are light, creamy, and decadently delicious. It's my 100% favorite way to eat scrambled eggs.
For those who want to just use an egg yolk, these sous vide egg yolks are absolutely perfect to use for egg benedict, topping avocado toast, or on top of cured salmon. SO many uses!
And of course, we can't forget about the classic hard boiled eggs. What I like about these is that the yolk always come out creamy and perfectly cooked - never dry and crumbly.
How about fried chicken and waffles guys? This fried chicken is AHHHMAZING. It's always super juicy on the inside and crispy on the outsides.
Everyone knows a breakfast isn't complete with some breakfast potatoes. Making them sous vide ensures they always come out perfect.
If you've never made yogurt at home, you are totally missing out. And this sous vide version makes it sooooo easy. It's tangy and just plain amazing.
For those of you that like a little sweet with your breakfast, lemon curd (or any citrus curd) is absolutely amazing and ultra easy made sous vide. It's delicious served on these blueberry cornmeal pancakes or these lemon ricotta pancakes.

I'm a huge fan of this chilaquiles rojos - one of my favorite breakfasts ever with soft boiled eggs. You can use poached or scrambled eggs too!
Poached or soft boiled eggs served instead of the fried egg on this croque madame works just perfect!
Same goes for this sweet potato hash - poached eggs work particularly well.
