CHICKEN BRAISED IN WHITE WINE AND DIJON MUSTARD

Tender chicken thighs braised in a sauce of white wine and dijon mustard.

Ingredients

Chicken thighs Shallots Garlic Sprigs White wine Mustard Chicken stock Salt & pepper Duck fat

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Instructions

Heat the duck fat in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Add the thighs to the skillet and brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes each side.
