Ingredients

Shortbread:

Flour Sugar Butter Vanilla extract Salt

Pecan Pie Topping:

Pecan halves or pieces Whipping cream Butter Sugar Corn syrup Vanilla extract Maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.

Instructions

Shortbread:

Combine flour, sugar and salt in a food processor.

Add in the butter, one piece at a time, pulsing until a dough forms.
