Instant Pot Blueberry Cobbler

Combine the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and cornstarch in a bowl and mix

Mix together the lemon cake mix, butter and milk until a dough forms.

Place half the blueberry mixture in a cake pan and cover with half the dough and half the oats.

Place a cup of water in the Instant Pot and place the cake pan on a trivet inside. Pressure cook for 25 minutes.

Natural release for 10 minutes. Broil cobbler until oats are golden brown.

Repeat with the second batch. Serve warm with ice cream.
