Dark Chocolate Truffles
Chop chocolate and mix with cream, cinnamon, cayenne and salt.
Melt in 30 second intervals in microwave, stirring in between until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Mix together cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
Roll chocolate mixture into balls and freeze for 20 minutes.
Coat with crushed almonds or cocoa powder mixture
Eat right away or save for later. Perfect for gifts!
