Grilled Squash Recipe
Slices of fresh summer squash drizzle in olive oil, sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper is the perfect side dish for that summer BBQ.

Ingredients

medium summer squash
1
tbsp.
olive oil
1
tsp.
cracked black pepper
1 ½
tsp.
sea salt
Instructions
Start by washing the squash and cutting the ends off. Slice the squash lengthwise in ¼" slices and lay the slices on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Grill squash 2-3 minutes on each side at about 400 degrees.
Notes
Expert Tips:
Brush the grill with oil
to prevent the squash from sticking
The squash should have nice
grill marks
on both sides when done - make sure your grill is hot enough.
Zucchini can be substituted
for squash if desired.
