Ingredients

Instructions
Combine all the spices in a bowl and mix well.
Store in a sealed jar in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year.
Notes
For a
salt free version
, just leave the salt out and salt your dish to taste instead.
Add a pinch more
cayenne pepper
if you'd like it spicier.
Use the
freshest dried spices
for the best flavor.
